Club Lucca

Club Lucca, designed by David Collins Studio, is a luxurious clubhouse within the Villa Lucca residential development in Hong Kong’s New Territories. Spanning 2,400 sq. m across two floors, the clubhouse combines timeless elegance with wellness-focused design, offering an elevated lifestyle for residents. With inspirations drawn from Tuscan villas, the interior features bespoke furniture, natural materials, and custom lighting, creating a space that promotes calm, connection, and luxury.

Meanwhile, Club Lucca is inspired by the natural beauty of the surroundings’ soothing greenery, and designed to help residents relax. Divided into four zones—Earth, Ocean, Mountain and Wood—the clubhouse offers a selection of enviable lifestyle amenities. From a banquet room and recreational facilities for entertaining to leisure activities for the whole family, the clubhouse is home to a playroom and library, fully equipped gym, expansive indoor and outdoor pools, all surrounded by tree-shaded boulevards and manicured lawns.

Tatler Hong Kong

The pursuit of beauty for David Collins Studio comes with a powerful sense of permanence. Materials are selected for their qualities, to age beautifully and as a response to the architecture and the particular use of each space. Furniture pieces were designed with a consistent vocabulary throughout the project, to be true to their form, and respecting the integrity of the materiality they are composed from.

But the pièce de résistance of the property is arguably its 34,000-sq-ft resident clubhouse, Club Lucca. Designed by internationally renowned interior designers from David Collins Studio, Club Lucca offers a trove of princely amenities spanning a wine cellar, banquet hall, swimming pools, sporting equipment and much more.

Club Lucca, designed by David Collins Studio, is the crowning feature of the Villa Lucca residential development in Hong Kong’s New Territories. The 2,400 sq. m clubhouse, which opened in Summer 2022, serves as an exclusive sanctuary for residents, blending refined luxury with wellness-focused design.

The design draws inspiration from nature and traditional Italian architectural elements, such as terrazzo flooring, archways, and Tuscan villa aesthetics, creating a serene environment for relaxation and entertainment. The interior spaces are marked by a harmonious balance of monochromatic architecture, complemented by rich color palettes and natural materials like Portoro stone, Calcutta Oro marble, and mother of pearl.

Spanning across two floors, Club Lucca includes a variety of zones dedicated to wellness, entertainment, and relaxation. The Activities Zone features a grand entrance with bespoke art installations, including a commissioned mobile by Laurent Martin “Lo” and mosaic arches by Pierre Mesguich. In the Wellness Zone, a statement spiral staircase leads to an indoor pool surrounded by white marble and luxurious finishes. The Director’s Club is an exclusive area marked by a masculine palette of blues and reds, with custom-designed furniture and an emphasis on artisanal craftsmanship.

David Collins Studio’s design philosophy centers on creating formality within nature, blending classical forms with organic details. The use of bespoke furniture, curated lighting, and handcrafted finishes throughout the clubhouse reflects the Studio’s commitment to timeless luxury. The result is an extraordinary space that marries interior and exterior elements, offering residents a haven of exclusivity, elegance, and well-being.
