Queen Anne Hospitality
Discover Queen Anne's exceptional hospitality spaces, where Cunard’s rich heritage meets contemporary luxury. From bespoke dining experiences to signature lounges, each venue is designed to offer guests a memorable and immersive journey at sea.
An overarching Greek mythology theme wraps the interiors, which see four dramatic murals by illustrator John Biggs depicting the historic frieze of the Anemoi wind gods, who represent the four seasons. David Collins Studio discovered this symbology during a visit to Cunard’s archive, specifically in the maritime heritage of Cunard’s Queen Mary cruise line.

The Studio’s defining attention to detail is apparent throughout the restaurants it tackled, from the metal tile effect ceiling and glossy leather seating of the Golden Lion Pub to the custom embroidered floral wall covering in the Princess Grill restaurant

David Collins Studio’s design for the Queen Anne blends Cunard’s rich British heritage with an innovative and luxurious approach to hospitality. The onboard dining and bar spaces showcase the finest attention to detail, creating an atmosphere of exclusivity and comfort. Each space, from Aji Wa’s contemporary Japanese offerings to the Golden Lion Pub’s reimagined British classic, combines sophisticated design with a distinct character, reflecting both timeless elegance and modern influences.
Aji Wa, the first Japanese restaurant in Cunard’s fleet, celebrates the Four Gentlemen motif, blending nature’s seasonal colours into an intimate setting with a bespoke carpet and custom wall art. The Britannia Restaurant brings ancient Greek mythology to life with dramatic murals of the Wind Gods and starburst ceiling features, creating a dynamic and elegant dining environment across two floors. The Carinthia Lounge, inspired by 1920s glamour, offers an all-day dining experience with rich botanical artwork that evokes a sense of opulence. The Chart Room, infused with astronomical references, delivers a sophisticated setting for sipping cocktails while surrounded by references to the stars.
Signature venues such as Churchill’s Cigar Lounge offer a nod to British tradition, while the Commodore Club captures the essence of luxury with panoramic views, perfect for enjoying a drink in style. The Princess Grill Restaurant and Sir Samuel’s combine indulgence with unique design touches, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Together, these spaces form a harmonious collection of hospitality venues, offering the perfect setting for guests to relax, socialize, and enjoy fine dining and drinks at sea.
